Project overview
ORCA approaches each property as a coordinated environment, bringing together the relevant building, technical and operational disciplines around the needs of the asset.
Modification and coordination of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems within commercial interior spaces in Abu Dhabi. The works involved above-ceiling service adjustments, air-conditioning ductwork, electrical service coordination and integration with existing suspended ceiling systems. The project focused on accommodating building services within the interior layout while maintaining accessibility and coordinated installation.
